How do I know my size?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship all over. Local customs charges and tariffs apply to each order based on its destination country. Sol’eart will not be responsible for tariff charges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within India typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping may take 10–15 business days depending on location.
What is your return policy?
All items are non-returnable. In case of sizing issues, we will be able to exchange for a different size.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes, exchanges for sizing are accepted, subject to availability.

Are your shoes comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes, our shoes are designed with comfort in mind. Most styles come with padded insoles and soft linings, making them ideal for long wear, even the embroidered heels!
Will the embroidery irritate my skin or cause discomfort?
Not at all. The embroidery is only on the exterior of the shoe. The inner lining is soft and smooth for maximum comfort.
Do your shoes stretch over time?
Some natural give is expected with use, especially in fabric-based designs. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up a size.
How do I clean my embroidered shoes?
Use a soft, dry cloth or a gentle brush to remove surface dust. Spot clean with a damp cloth if needed, avoid soaking or machine washing.
Will the embellishments fall off with use?
Each embellishment is carefully stitched and secured. However, as with all handcrafted items, gentle handling is advised to maintain the detailing.
Can your shoes be worn in the rain?
While our soles are durable, we recommend avoiding heavy rains as embroidery and fabric may get damaged when soaked.
