I have always been inspired by the bold brushstrokes and vibrant energy of pop art – a form that celebrates color, chaos, and individuality. At the same time, I’ve been deeply moved by the delicate artistry of Indian embroidery, where simple tools like a needle, glass beads, and thread come together to create breathtaking, tactile masterpieces.
This blend of contemporary expression and timeless craftsmanship sparked a question in my mind – why not combine the two to create something unique? Something that captures the spirit of art and fashion, yet doesn’t compromise on comfort. That’s when the idea for Sol’eart took root.
My first piece – a pair of vegan, hand-embroidered footwear – was a personal experiment, brought to life by a humble cobbler using consciously sourced, cruelty-free materials. It was met with an overwhelming response, and before I knew it, my initial batch of 18 pairs sold out in a heartbeat. That moment made me realize this dream was worth pursuing.
Since then, over the past two years, Sol’eart has evolved from serving the Indian market to proudly making its mark in the international fashion scene. Each day, I strive to evolve my designs, blending the essence of tradition with the pulse of contemporary trends, ensuring that every piece we create is a statement in itself.
Today, Sol’eart is a collective of skilled artisans and master shoemakers who share my passion for creating wearable art. Each piece is handcrafted, each stitch a reflection of the care and craftsmanship that defines us.
