Shipping Policy +
We have FREE shipping within India on Pre-Paid & Cash On Delivery orders. Once you place an order your product if available in stock would be delivered within 4-5 working days. In certain cases, the product may not be available in stock with us, in such cases the order placed would take 12 – 15 working days to be delivered as it will have to be manufactured. Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Exchange & Refund +
We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return them at Sol’eart Fashion Pvt. Ltd., Pinto House, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 3 / 116, Marol Co.-Op. Industrial Estate, Near Marol Bhavan, Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 059, Maharashtra, India within 7 Days of the order placed in its original packing alongwith the invoice. You may email us on customerservice@soleartfashion.in for the same. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value within 7 Days of the order placed in its original packing alongwith the invoice.
Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
